It was such a blessing to have Lydia there for the birth. Not only for the photography, but also for how centered, incredibly helpful, positive, and upliting she was for the whole experience. She helped keep the room calm, while also keeping in mind appropriate moments to get pictures that my family and I will treasure forever. She made everyone feel so comfortable with her presence. There was never a moment where she got in the way, and she knew how to go with the flow of everyone.
People and photography are obviously two things she has a deep understanding, empathy, and ove for. Her beautiful perspective of birth, partnership, womanhood, babies, and children shines through in her work. We are so happy to have Lydia at all of our photoshoots!
